Return Policy

1. Returns

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not entirely happy with your order, we gladly accept returns within 14 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in good condition, and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Please include your packing slip and reason for return.


2. Refunds

Upon receipt of your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you of the status of your refund after inspecting the item.

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. Please note that it may take some time for your refund to be processed by your bank or credit card company.


3. Exchanges

If you would like to exchange your item for a different size, color, or style, please contact our customer service team at to arrange an exchange. Exchanges are subject to availability.


4. Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.


5. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at with photos of the damage or defect. We will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
